Project Overview
Olivara is a twelve-room boutique hotel set on a working olive farm fifteen minutes from Perugia, Italy. Restored from a property dating to 1908, it operates as a small, quiet estate with its own kitchen, wine cellar, and wellness spa, positioning itself around a slower, farm-based pace rather than typical resort amenities.
The Brief
The Challenge
- A "quiet, unhurried" brand promise is easy to undercut with a busy, typical hotel booking widget
- Twelve distinct rooms needed individual presentation without becoming a long, repetitive list
- Eight amenities and a working farm story both needed space without competing for attention
- The property's restaurant needed to read as a real destination, not just an amenity line item
The Goals
- Keep the availability check simple, dates, guests, one button
- Give each room type its own photo, name, and starting price
- Present amenities as a clean, scannable grid
- Explain the booking process in three plain steps
- Give the on-site restaurant its own dedicated section and reservation path
